Oh what a beautiful color! The grapes about to be boiled with a little water.
Who would have guessed that making grape jam was so rewarding to the senses. While picking them a few landed in my mouth, it is great fun to pop the warm thick purple skin and have this outrageous burst of flavor melt in your mouth . The color is so exciting (more on that in a future post) and the smell of cooking grapes is HEAVENLY good. And of course when it is all done you have this sweet jam to eat!
So yummy!!! xoxo!
ReplyDeleteLove it on toast as my desert after dinner!!
